Brian Urlacher out for the season after dislocating wrist

ESPN is reporting that Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher will miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery to repair the dislocated right wrist he suffered in last night's loss to the Packers.

ESPN's Adam Schefter is also reporting that the Bears have been in contact with free agent linebacker Derrick Brooks to come in and replace Urlacher, or at least try to replace what Urlacher gave the Bears.

Obviously this is a big blow to the Bears, who lost last night thanks to a disappointing performance from new quarterback Jay Cutler. The defense is Chicago's bread and butter, but now even more pressure will be on the shoulders of Cutler.
