Tim Floyd says no to Arizona, will stay in Southern Cal

After much speculation and even some reports that he would be headed to Arizona, USC head basketball coach Tim Floyd has turned down the Wildcats' offer and will remain with the Trojans.

Arizona has been desperately seeking a high-profile replacement for legendary coach Lute Olson.

Floyd was offered the job Wednesday and had 24 hours to accept or decline the offer, and he chose to stay in Southern California where he has led the Trojans to three-straight NCAA tournament appearances and a Pac 10 tournament title this season.
