BREAKING: Manu Ginobili will miss rest of season and playoffs

InsideHoops.com is reporting that the Spurs have announced Manu Ginobili will miss the remainder of the regular season and the playoffs with an "increased marrow edema and a stress fracture in his right distal fibula."

This is obviously a big blow to the Spurs' chances at winning a title this year in a strong Western Conference.

Ginobili played in the Spurs' game Sunday against the Cleveland Cavs but felt stiffness in his right leg. He returned to San Antonio for an MRI where the full extent of the injury was discovered.
