Albert Haynesworth indicted for crash that injured man

Newly-minted $100 million man Albert Haynesworth was indicted Monday on charges of reckless driving and an expired registration for a December 13th incident where a man crashed as Haynesworth tried to pass him.

The new Redskin could face up to a total of seven months in jail and $550 in fines for the two charges. He most certainly won't go to jail though because, you know, he's a rich, famous athlete and they get away with almost everything.

Corey Edmonson, the man injured in the crash, needs a wheelchair or walker to get around, according to his lawyer. Haynesworth's attorney says that after the crash Haynesworth pulled over, called police for help and did not leave until he was allowed to by an officer.
