Six Picks for Sunday - Week 14

The past few weeks we’ve picked some tough games, since the games we choose are determined by each week’s Vegas spread. This week, the lines are much more favorable, with only three games at -3 or under. As I mentioned, this week – and every week – we’re using the Vegas line to determine the six games from this Sunday’s NFL action.

Washington Redskins @ Baltimore Ravens - Ravens
Atlanta Falcons @ New Orleans Saints - Falcons
New York Jets @ San Francisco 49ers - 49ers
Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills (@ Toronto) - Dolphins
Dallas Cowboys @ Pittsburgh Steelers - Steelers
New England Patriots @ Seattle Seahawks - Patriots

The Redskins have taken a few steps back in recent weeks, while the Ravens have done the opposite… Tough going against the Saints in New Orleans, but every week a totally different team shows up… Upset of the week: The Niners have been better in the last few weeks than I thought and Brett Favre can always implode and cost the Jets a game… I think Miami is the better team, especially with JP Losman at the helm for Buffalo… I still have questions about the Dallas defense and the Stillers proved a lot last weekend with their win against New England… Do I really need to explain why I’m taking the Pats instead of the ‘Hawks?

The Rooster will have his picks up shortly and feel free to add your own predictions in the comments section.
