Manny still being Manny

Manny Ramirez took a shot at the Red Sox again today, trying to force his way out of Boston before tomorrow's trading deadline. He told ESPN Deportes that, "the Red Sox don't deserve a player like me," adding that Boston management has mistreated other great players:
"The Red Sox did the same with guys like Nomar Garciaparra and Pedro Martinez, and now they do the same with me. Their goal is to paint me as the bad guy. I love Boston fans, but the Red Sox don't deserve me. I'm not talking about money. Mental peace has no price and I don't have peace here." (Source)
The more you hear Manny rip the Sawx, the more you believe that he could actually be traded. ESPN reported earlier today that the Marlins were discussing a swap with Boston for the dreadlocked left fielder. That would be a great move for the Fish, who are still alive in the NL East.
