Salisbury Wins Rubber Match

Salisbury just won their second-straight Division III lacrosse National Championship, their 8th in school history. Just like last year, they defeated Cortland to capture the crown, this time with a 19-13 final score. The Gulls have not lost a game since Cortland beat them in the 2006 title game. Kylor Berkman had 5 goals and 2 assists for the Gulls, while Chris Hanson had 4 goals and 1 assist for the Dragons. UPDATE: Here's the game recap from Fran Elia, SUNY Cortland's Sports Information Director.
